Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and tags.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
